“Sushi has become a familiar favorite among international guests, so I wanted to create a dish that everyone could enjoy,” says Chef Takamatsu. This 10-piece Yokozuna Nigiri set features the finest seasonal seafood, carefully selected each morning from local markets. Highlights include Fukuoka specialties such as sea bream, octopus, and mackerel, all at their peak flavor. Others, like lightly seared sawara (Spanish mackerel), receive an extra touch of care. With its perfect balance of freshness, texture, and visual beauty, this sushi platter is sure to impress - even a sumo grand champion.
